About US
Each of our consultants has over 20 years of experience working in education. Our varied roles within educational settings include consulting, administration, mentoring, classroom-embedded modeling, collaborative planning and providing feedback to teachers and administrators.
Our individual careers span many countries, including the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Syria, and the United Kingdom. The diverse experiences we have gained complement, enrich and inform our work together as a team.
As consultants we have worked extensively in international educational settings and understand the nuances of living and working in both English and non-English-speaking countries.
Our work has included supporting immigrants and refugees. We have a sincere and unique understanding of how vital it is to respect and accept diverse individuals. The importance of working with our stakeholders to ensure equity is at the forefront of our practice.
In both our personal and professional lives, our individual life experiences have given us a deeper understanding of the importance of Restorative Practices to improve and enrich relationships and build communities. Individuals have the ability to learn when we take the time to listen to, and learn about them as a whole person.

We all can learn
when taught
in multiple ways,
at varying speeds,
with different supports.
